Finnish Winter Raptors

20-26 February 2026

A seven day tour to northern Finland, operated by Nature’s Images, led by Chris Gomersall.

A late winter visit to the Finnish taiga, where there will still be snow cover. Our main targets will be goshawk and golden eagle, and it may also be possible to photograph great grey owl and/or hawk owl if it is a good owl winter.  Please note, long hide sessions involved. We might also be rewarded with views and photos of the spectacular northern lights.

Group size: 6 persons max

Cost per person: £3795.  Includes all accommodation & meals, local transport, hides, entry fees, tuition. Excludes international flights, sundry items, alcohol.
