Finnish Summer Predators

An eight night tour to northern Finland, operated by Nature’s Images, led by Chris Gomersall.

On this midsummer visit to the Finnish taiga we will be taking full advantage of the long hours of daylight and spending our nights in a range of purpose-built photography hides, ideally situated for attracting European brown bear, grey wolf and the highly secretive wolverine. This is one of the premier locations for photographing these magnificent predators, and has proved very reliable for us over the years. We will be staying in a typical Finnish lodge, where we can rest up during the day. There’s not a lot of walking involved, but we will be spending long hours in the hides so you do need a certain amount of stamina for this sort of activity.

Group size: 6 persons max

Cost per person: £3595.  Includes all accommodation & meals, local transport, hides, entry fees, tuition. Excludes international flights, sundry items, alcohol.
